We have been involved with a number of successful planning applications for contemporary apartment blocks. Our current commission is to lodge a planning application for a large-scale, mixed-use redevelopment of the boat yard site – a significant chunk of land on the quayside.
The development includes apartments, shops, a restaurant, holiday accommodation, ice cream parlour and a large public car park. Coble Quay is one of a number of important regeneration projects taking place in the Port of Amble, Northumberland.
